摘要
文章介绍了导热高分子复合材料的开发及应用近况,概述了各种填充型导热高分子复合材料的研究进展以及其导热机理。最后,对如何提高高分子复合材料的导热性能提出了一些建议及展望。
The development and application of thermal conducting polymer composites in recent years were introduced; the research progress and the therma conductive mechanism of the filled composites were summarized. Some suggestions and prospects were advocated.
