摘要
结合应用标准化病人进行研究生中期考核实践，介绍了通过培训医学生志愿者做标准化病人，以及将之与模拟器相结合应用，成功地弥补了标准化病人应用费用高及阳性体征难以模拟的两大缺点，指出基于标准化病人的客观结构化临床考试是一种客观、高效的考评模式。
Standardized patient （ SP） is used in mid-term assessment of urologic graduates. Medical student volunteers were trained to play the role of SPs, who were combined with simulators： It can make up for the two drawbacks of high cost in using SP and difficulty in simulating positive physical signs. The objective structured clinical examination based on SPs has been proved to be an objective and effective assessment method.
