摘要
目的评价住院部麻醉药品的应用现状及趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法采集2006-2008年解放军总医院第一附属医院住院部计算机管理系统麻醉药品应用数据。采用用药频度分析法对10种麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品用药金额逐年递增,使用品种趋向多样化,吗啡口服剂消耗量与芬太尼注射液的用药频度分别居第一。结论该院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,吗啡口服剂为该院临床缓解肿瘤疼痛之首选;哌替啶已不作为癌痛治疗的选择。
Objective To investigate the current situation and the trend of narcotic drug use in the hospital for providing a reference for the scientific management and the rational use of narcotics. Methods Data about the usage of 10 kinds of narcotics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital during 2006 - 2008 were collected by computer management system for narcotic drugs and analyzed with DDDs as the statistical index. Results The amount of narcotic drug medication increased year by year,and the species of narcotic drugs became more diverse. The consumption of oral doses of morphine and consumption frequency of fentanyl injection were the top ones. Conclusion The use of narcotics in our hospital is basically reasonable. Morphine for oral use has become a first-choice drug for relieving cancer pain in our hospital, and pethidine is no longer used for the cancer pain.
