摘要
对社区卫生机构实施"收支两条线"管理运行机制改革,建立和完善岗位工资、绩效工资分配制,改变原有"多收多得"分配办法,以有效工时为主要的绩效考核指标,实行"多劳多得、优劳优得"分配的新机制,调动了职工的积极性,有效地促进了社区公共卫生服务开展。
In the paper, from the "separating revenue from expenditures" reform of the management of operational mechanisms in community health agencies, the job wages and the wage distribution system performance are established and improved, and the original "more pay for more income" distribution system is changed. Through the performance-based "more pay for more work and more pay for better workers were excellent" new mechanism for distribution, the intiative of the workers is aroused and the development of community public health services is promoted effectively.
