摘要
目的总结尿道下裂术后护理经验。方法对38例尿道下裂术后患儿进行精心护理及观察,并采取有效的护理措施。结果38例尿道下裂术后患儿33例手术完全成功,临床治愈,无任何并发症发生,5例形成尿道瘘,术后成功率86.8%。结论尿道下裂术后采取精心的护理、观察及有效的护理措施,对预防局部感染。
Objective To summarize the experience of post-operative care of hypospadias. Methods 38 cases of hypospadias repair in children with meticulous care and observation, and to take effective care measures. Results 38 cases of hypospadias repair surgery in children with 33 cases of complete success, clinical cure without any complications, 5 cases of urethral fistula formation, postoperative success rate of 86. 8%. Conelusion Hypospadias surgery to take careful care, observation and effective nursing measures to prevent local infection, promote wound healing and improve the success rate of surgery plays a vital role in.
