摘要
目的:选取临床上常用的30种清热中药,测定微量元素的含量,研究微量元素的含量特征。方法:采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化,等离子体发射光谱法测定Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、K、Cr、Cd、Pb等10种微量元素的含量。结果:30种清热中药中对人体有益的微量元素含量丰富,大部分清热类中药中K和Ca含量较高,不同药物中元素含量有所差别,清热解毒中药中K、Mg含量明显高于其他中药,清热泻火类中药中Zn、Mn含量明显高于其他中药。方法的回收率在96.8%～107.3%之间,RSD小于3.06%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。结论:清热中药中微量元素的含量具有显著的特征性。
Objective：To study on character of the contents of trace elements in 30 kinds of heat clearing Chinese medicinal herbs.Methods：the contents of trace elements such as Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,K,Cr,Cd and Pb were determined by ICP-AES technique.Results：The trace elements which are beneficial to body healthiness were rich in the 30 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.The contents of K,Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn are more but different in various medicines.The content of K and Ca is relatively high in heat clearing Chinese medicinal herbs.Chinese medicinal herbs for eliminating heat and toxin has the highest content of K,Mg.Heat clearing and fire purging Chinese medicinal herbs has the highest content of Zn and Mn.Its recovery ratio obtained by standard addition method ranged between 96.8% and 107.3%,and its RSD was lower than 3.06%.Conclusions：The contents of trace elements in heat clearing Chinese medicinal herbs has a significant characteristic.
