摘要
从食品安全的角度出发,系统地介绍了乳品中主要高危害致病菌及其危害、检测方法的历史进程、当前国内外乳中有害微生物的检测方法、乳中微生物检测技术的发展方向。
This paper, in terms of food safety, systematically reviews disadvantage of main high-hazard pathogens in dairy products and the historical process of the detection method, the detection technique of harmful micro-organisms in milk on current domestic and international, the direction of development of microbial detection techniques in milk.
