摘要 论文系统研究了国际航运金融市场发展的特点,在总结银行贷款融资市场、IPO市场、股权基金市场以及FFA市场等主要市场体系发展趋势的基础上,对上海建设国际航运中心提出了相关建议。 The paper researches characteristics of international shipping finance market in concluding the bank loan financing market, IPO market, equity fund market, as well as the major FFA market and the development trend, then gives some policy suggestion on construction of Shanghai international shipping center.
