无速度传感器变频调速系统转速辨识方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 从电机模型理想化程度的角度将无速度传感器控制策略分为基于理想模型的转速辨识方法和基于非理想特性的转速辨识方法两大类。介绍和分析了几种比较典型的转速辨识方法的理论要点和优缺点,在直接转矩控制基础上设计了无速度传感器变频调速系统模型并进行仿真,给出了试验参数及仿真图形,并提出了今后的主要研究方向是:进一步提高控制系统的动静态特性,改善低速下的性能;增强系统对电机参数变化的鲁棒性;降低系统的复杂性,使得研究成果更为实用化。 From the angle of ideal perspective of motor models, the speed sensor-less control strategy is divided into two categories ot ideal model and non-ideal characteristics to identify rotation speed. Introduction and analysis were made to theoretical key points and advantages and disadvantages of several relatively typical speed identification methods. On basis of direct rotation torque control, speed sensor- less frequency control system model was designed and carried out simulation, test parameters and simulation diagram given. Also the future research direction is to raise dynamic and static characteristics of the control system further; to improve performance under low speed; to strengthen robustness of the system to motor parameters change, so as to reduce complexity of the system and to make study results more practical.
