牙科治疗器械所致噪声的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究不同测量距离下常规牙科治疗时器械所致噪声的强度及变化趋势。方法:在测量距离分别为1cm、10cm、20cm、30cm时测定牙科高速涡轮手机、慢速手机、超声洁治器械在空转和工作状态下所产生的噪声强度,并进行统计学分析。结果:几种器械在20cm以外距离工作所产生的噪声均在80dB(A)以下。在1cm距离上慢速手机磨削普通金属所产生噪声为89.53±1.25dB(A),高速涡轮机头为95.67±0.65dB(A),超声器械为104.90±1.25dB(A)。10cm距离水平高速涡轮机头和超声器械所产生噪声分别为85.25±0.47和86.68±0.84dB(A)。结论:距离手机20cm以上时,常规牙科治疗所产生的噪声对医师的听力无明显影响。但对患者的影响需引起注意。 Objective: To study on the noise levels caused by several familiar dental instruments. Methods: The noise levels caused by dental high-speed turbine handpiece, low-speed handpiece and ultrasonic scaling instrument were measured separately under free and working condition with a sound level meter.The distance of measurement were 1 cm. 10cm,20cm, and 30cm. Results: The values of noise caused by All instruments were under 80dB (A) when the distance was 20cm or above. While at the distance of 1 cm, noises caused by low-speed handpiece were 89.53± 1.25dB (A),high-speed handpiece 95.67 ±0.65riB (A) and ultrasonic scaling instrument 104.90 ±1.25dB (A). At the distance of 10cm, noises caused by low-speed handpiece and high-speed handpiece were 85.25±0.47 and 86.68±0.84dB(A) seperately. Conclusion: No risk of hearing loss of dentist is involved in normal dental treatment when the distance is 20cm or above. Meanwhile more attention should be paid to the effects on patients.
