摘要
本文在解析信息生态系统及其特征的基础上,分析现阶段信息失衡的主要表现,阐述培育信息生态平衡有效机制的主要途径。同时指出,信息环境的核心要素是人,信息生态系统的建设应坚持以人为本的和谐发展观;只有立足于人与信息环境协调发展,建立良好的信息生态系统,才能促进信息资源得到更加合理与有效地利用。
On the basis of analyzing the connotation of information ecology system and its features, this paper analyzes the currently major in- formation unbalances, demonstrates the main access to cultivating the efficient mechanisms of information ecology＂ balance. Meanwhile, it points out that it is humans who are the key factor of information environment, and constructing information ecology system should be based on the harmonious development concept centered on humans. And from the perspective of the harmonious development between humans and information environment, it emphasizes that only through the harmonious development between humans and information environment and constructing superior information ecology system can make information re^urces be utilized justifiably and efficiently.
