摘要
结合我国目前工程实践,分析了监理在工程造价控制中的地位、作用与意义,着重说明监理在施工阶段控制工程造价应做的工作及注意事项。
Combined with the engineering practice of our country at present, the paper analyzes the status, influence and significance of construction supervision in cost control. It highlightes the important work and points for attention of supervision in cost control during construction stage.
