椎弓根钉内固定联合球囊扩张椎体内混合植骨治疗严重胸腰椎压缩爆裂性骨折 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨椎弓根钉系统复位固定结合球囊扩张、经椎弓根伤椎椎体内骨泥、颗粒骨混合植骨治疗严重胸腰椎压缩、爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法对16例严重的新鲜胸腰椎骨折,先行脊柱内固定器系统(AF等)固定,后经椎弓根球囊扩张,行椎体内植骨。结果本组无脊髓、神经损伤等并发症。随访5～24个月,椎体高度和生理弧度恢复满意,无固定松动、断裂。结论椎弓根钉系统结合经椎弓根球囊扩张、骨泥、颗粒骨混合植骨治疗严重胸腰椎压缩、爆裂性骨折,手术安全,效果满意。
