摘要
目的探讨非提上睑肌腱膜固定上睑整形术治疗中老年上睑皮肤松弛的疗效。方法根据上睑皮肤的松弛程度设计切口，对于上睑臃肿的患者在去除松弛皮肤的同时切除一条眼轮匝肌和部分疝出的眶隔脂肪，闭合眼轮匝肌，直接缝合皮肤。自2009年1月至2009年9月，治疗了23例中老年上睑皮肤松弛者。结果23例患者上睑皮肤松弛均明显改善，上睑活动自如，视物清晰。随访所有患者1～10个月，除1例患者对重睑过窄不满意外，余者对睑部外形均满意，未出现视物模糊、上睑功能受损等并发症。结论非提上睑肌腱膜固定上睑整形术治疗老年上睑皮肤松弛较传统的手术方法创伤小、恢复快，无视物模糊和眼睑干涩，患者易于接受，是临床上治疗中老年上睑皮肤松弛的较好方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of aging upper eyelid dermatochalasis by non-apertor oculi aponeurosis fixed blepharoplasty. Methods The incisions were designed by the degrees of dermatoehalasis. For the patients with fat and clumsy eyelids, the flabby skin was resected, one strip of orbicularis muscle and the herniated fat were deleted simultaneously, and then the musculus orbicularis oculi was closed and skin was sutured directly. From January 2009 to September 2009, 23 patients with aging eyelid dermatochalasis were treated in this study. Results The dermatochalasis in 23 cases were improved obviously, upper eyelid acted swiftly with legible vision, the outcomes were satisfied without blurred vision and impaired upper eyelid function except for one with over-narrow double eyelids. Conclusion The method of non-apertor oculi aponenrosis fixed hlepharoplasty for the treatment of aging upper eyelid dermatochalasis has such advantages as tiny trauma, rapid recovery, no blurred vision and dry eye and it is easy to be accepted by patients.
