摘要
目的:探索出一种能有效减少腋臭术后并发症的方法。方法:在双上臂内侧腋毛区外1cm及在腋窝中部顺皮肤皱襞各设计一1～1.5cm的切口,分离腋毛区及区外1cm皮下,去除汗腺及毛囊,皮肤修薄成全厚皮。术毕放置头皮针引流管,剥离区内将皮片与皮下用1号缝线间断缝合,8字绷带加压包扎。结果:本组共50例,其中9例为在外院治疗后复发者,术后均无血肿等并发症,随访0.5～1年,瘢痕不明显。结论:头皮针引流管加缝线固定法在小切口根治腋臭中可有效减少并发症,提高手术效果。
Objective To investigate a solution for reducing complications of axillary osmidrosis resection. Methods Two 1cm-long skin incisions were made, one was on the axillary crease and another was 1cm out of the axillary hair growth area. Subdermal undermining was performed in the axillary hair growth area and 1cm outside. After removing apocrine glands and hair follicles, the skin was closed with 1-0 sutures with anchoring to the subcutaneous tissues. A drainage tube was placed. 8-shaped compression dressing was given to each axilla. Results Of the 50 cases, no hematoma or other complications happened after operation. No obvious scars were observed in the six months to one year followed up. Conclusion This solution is effective in reducing complications of axillary osmidrosis resection.
