摘要
目的:研究秦皮总香豆素对高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸水平的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法:采用氧嗪酸钾腹腔注射复制小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,给予不同剂量秦皮总香豆素(440、220、110mg/kg),观察高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平及肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶、鸟嘌呤脱氢酶和腺嘌呤脱氢酶水平。结果:秦皮总香豆素组小鼠的血清尿酸值明显低于模型组,其中以大、中剂量组为佳;对黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性有明显的抑制作用;而对小鼠鸟嘌呤脱氢酶和腺嘌呤脱氢酶的影响无统计学意义。结论:秦皮总香豆素能明显降低高尿酸血症小鼠的血尿酸水平,其机理可能和抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性有关。
Objective:To study the effect of the total coumarin of Cortex Fraxini(TCCF)on the level of uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and investigate the mechanism lnitially.Methods:TCCF(440,220,110mg/kg)were administrated to hyperuricemia mice induced by potassium oxonate.Then observing the level of uric acid,xanthine oxidase,ADH and GDH in hyperuricemia mice.Conclusion:TCCF can obviously reduce the level of serum uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and the effect is related to its inhibition of xanthine oxidase.TCCF has no effect on ADH and GDH.
