摘要
桥壳生产系统是一个高度复杂的离散系统,针对其生产结果随机性较大的特点,提出了采用UML建模与eM-Plant仿真相结合的解决方法。采用UML对生产系统进行建模分析,并在仿真软件eM-Plant中映射实现,建立桥壳生产线仿真模型,对生产线进行平衡和瓶颈分析,并对生产系统的性能进行评价。应用结果表明:此方法具有实用性、有效性,为桥壳生产线的布置和改造提供了一种有效的决策手段。
Axle housing production system is a highly complex discrete-time systems, the results for the production of a greater random characteristics, proposed the use of UML and eM-Plant. The use of UML to model the production system analysis and modeling in the eM-Plant mapping to achieve the establishment of axle housing production line simulation model for balancing and bottleneck analysis, and production systems to evaluate performance. Application results show that: This method has the practicality, effectiveness, production line for the transformation of the layout to provide a means for effective decision-making.
