摘要
为研究涡轮增压迟滞效应的影响因素,采用AMESim建立了某车型涡轮增压发动机几何模型,用数值求解压力方程组、焓流方程组和涡轮输出扭矩方程组的方法对其进行了模拟,计算得到了不同影响因数下的发动机平均有效压力(BMEP)曲线。结果表明:发动机转速及涡轮本体的A/R值越大,迟滞效应越明显;而A/R值不变时,发动机有一最小迟滞效应转速。
We use AMESim to build a turbocharged engine geometric model to study the influencing factors of turbocharged lag by numerical solution of the pressure equation,the enthalpy flow rate equations and the turbocharger output torque equations,and obtain the BMEP( Brake Mean Effective Perssure) curve under different parameters. The results show that the engine speed and turbine body′s A/R value have influence on the turbocharger lag. The greater the A/R value,the more obvious the lag; and when A/R value is coustant,the engine speed has the least influence on the turbocharged lag.
