摘要
大型旋转设备的状态监测和故障诊断系统所用的A/D采集卡很多时候要求能高速不间断采样以连续提供设备多测点的快变信号数据进行分析处理,特别是在紧急事故追忆时,采集和拷盘操作出现矛盾,使获得的数据不连续。近年来,许多用户又希望系统软件从DOS向WINDOWS移植,由于后者为多用户操作系统,留给用户硬件应用空间不多,缺乏有效地控制,常使在DOS下正常的采集程序在WINDOWS环境下失控,莫名其妙地被截断、丢弃和强行拼接,使获得的数据与事实不符。本文介绍一种带微处理器和大容量先入先出(FIFO)存储器的A/D卡来解决上述困难。
The A/D sampling card, which is used for condition monitoring and error diagnosing system for large rotational equipment, is asked to be able to sample continuously at high speed. So that it can provide fast changing data of equipment's multi measurement points for analyzing. But there always are some conflicts between sampling and saving data operation when reminding emergency. In 1900's, more and more users wanted the monitoring system software to be transplanted from DOS to Windows. Because Windows is a multi task operating system, some sampling programs, which work properly on DOS, are out of control on Windows and the data are cut or spliced incomprehensibly. Thus the measurement result is not conformed to the reality. This paper describes a new kind A/D sampling card with a microprocessor and large amount of the first in first out (FIFO) memory, which can solve the above problems.
