摘要
建设现代化城市群是中国建设有中国特色城市化道路、推动区域协调发展的重要战略。简要介绍了中国城市群空间结构发展概况及分布,结合当前城市群综合交通系统现状及存在问题,论述了这一系统的层次及特点。从规划原则、技术路线、规划目标与需求预测四个方面提出了城市群综合交通系统规划方法。最后,从战略层面提出了系统的布局规划要求和建设原则。
Developing a cluster of modem metroiolitan areas in a region is significant for the urbanization process and the regional coordinated development in China. By introducing the spatial distribution, and development of metropolitan areas in China, this paper illustrates the current development status, existing problems, and characteristics of comprehensive transportation system in the clusters of metropolitan areas. The paper presents the comprehensive transportation system planning methodologies for the clusters of metropolitan areas based on the planning principles, techniques, objectives, and demand forecasting. Finally, from a strategic perspective, the authors point out the requirements for the plan-ning and building transportation system facilities.
