摘要
为了测定CT-摩擦块的静摩擦因数,进行了相应试验。制造了连续管静摩擦因数测试专用试验装置,并确定了试验测试方法。试验发现,CT与摩擦块之间静摩擦因数与CT的初始曲度有一定关系;当摩擦块与CT之间磨损量加大,管-块之间配合改变,各试件实测静摩擦因数呈下降趋势,最终趋于恒定,保持在0.5以上;注入头优化设计中采用最小试验测定静摩擦因数是安全可靠的。
To determine the factor of the static friction between coiled tubing(CT) and friction block,the corresponding experiment was carried out.The experimental device for testing the factor was produced and the method for both experiment and test was determined.The experiment results show that there exists a certain relation between the frictional factor of CT and friction block and the initial curvature of CT.When the wear loss between friction block and CT increases,the cooperation between the tubing and the block will change,the actually observed frictional factor of the test-pieces will tend to decrease and finally the factor remains as a constant of being above 0.5.It is safe and reliable to adopt the minimal test to determine the frictional factor in the optimum design of injection head.
