摘要
目的通过对澳大利亚全科医学课程计划的研究和分析,归纳课程计划特点和制定策略,为中国进一步提高全科医学课程计划质量提供科学依据。方法文献综述和政策文件分析。结果澳大利亚的全科医学课程计划是全科医生学会制定的,体现了该学科的发展过程和现状。该课程计划贯穿医学本科、职业教育前、职业教育、持续职业发展等四个阶段,并确定沟通与医患关系、实用全科医学知识和技能、人群健康与全科医学背景、职业角色和伦理角色、组织与法律问题等五个维度。课程计划强调从实践中学习,秉承学徒式全科医学教育理念,强调全科医生从常见患者表现或症状中提出初步诊断和初步管理措施,并与国家卫生工作重点和疾病防治重点相结合。结论澳大利亚的全科医学课程计划地制定过程,以及原则和框架值得中国借鉴。
Objective To explore and analysis Australian general practice curriculum,focusing on its process of planning,structure and principle of the curriculum,for providing evidence of improving quality of Chinese general practice planning.Methods literature review and policy document analysis.Results Australian general practice curriculum is developed by RACGP,under wider consultation with interest groups.It is a result of general practice evolution and development in 40 years.The curriculum covers life-long range of general practice learning,from undergraduate to pre-vocational and vocational training,then to continuous professional development.It focuses on five domains of general practice discipline,including communication and patient-doctor relationship,applied knowledge and skills,population health and practice contexts,professional and ethic roles,and organisational and legal issues.General practice training emphases on apprenticing model,whole person care,preliminary diagnosis and management,and match with national health priorities.Conclusion Chinese general practice training plan need further improvement,especially on stakeholder involvement,framework building and principle setting.Australian experience is an useful reference for Chinese planning process.
