摘要
农村集体土地流转在加快农村产业结构调整,保护农村土地资源,提高农业规模效益中发挥着举足轻重的作用。以扬州市邗江区土地产权调查为实证基础,总结了扬州市邗江区土地流转的类型,分析了集体土地流转存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
Rural collective land conversion has a decisive function in rural industrial structure adjustment,protecting rural land resources and increasing the efficiencies of agricultural large-scale.Based on the investigation of land property rights in Hanjiang district,the types of rural collective land conversion were summarized,the problems were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.
