摘要 [目的]了解鹅掌楸属植物繁殖器官的形态发育和传粉适应性特征。[方法]从生长发育良好的成年植株上取材,通过解剖观察研究了从花芽到成熟花的发育过程杂交鹅掌楸花芽的形态结构特征。[结果]3月初花芽开始明显萌动,中旬外层鳞片开始脱落,下旬最内层鳞片包裹的幼花显露。4月上旬幼花逐渐开展,中旬到下旬进入盛花期。5月上旬花期结束。花芽及叶芽具有多层帽盔状芽鳞,花芽常6层。花芽为混合芽,由顶端幼花和幼花下枝段组成。花芽最内层幼叶的叶柄与其帽盔状托叶合生,叶片完全退化。花芽及叶芽的幼叶柄与其芽鳞近等长。不同芽内的幼叶片一致随机地偏向左侧和右侧,花被片上的有色斑纹由内部含有色体的组织形成,分泌结构类似气孔器。[结论]鹅掌楸花被片上的分泌结构是特化的气孔器。 [Objective]The research aimed to learn about the morphological development and pollination adaptability characteristics of propagative organs in Liriodendron plants.[Method]The tested materials were collected from the adult plants growing and developing well.Then the morphological and structural features of the flower buds of L.chinense × tulipifera in the development process from flower bud to mature flower were researched through anatomical observation.[Result]The flower buds started to germinate obviously in early Mar.,their outer scales started to fall off in middle Mar.and the young flower wrapped in innermost scales started to expose in late Mar.The young flower was unfolding gradually in early Apr.and entered into full-bloom stage in middle and late Apr.The flowering stage ended in early May.The flower and leaf buds had multiple layers of helmeted bud scales,and the flower bud included 6 layers usually.The flower buds were mixed buds,and consisted of apical young flower and its lower shoot section.The leaf stalk of young leaf and its helmeted stipule in the innermost layer of flower bud were coalescent and the leaf blade was degraded fully.The young leaf stalks and bud scales of flower and leaf buds had nearly equal lengths.The young leaf blades inclined toward left or right identically and randomly in different buds.There were colorful stripes caused by the inner tissues with chromoplastids,and secretory structures similar to normal stomatal apparatuses on tapels.[Conclusion]The secretory structures on the tapels were specialized stomatal apparatuses.
