在水资源供需矛盾日益突出的今天,如何充分利用有限的水资源已成为迫在眉睫的大事。该文着重介绍了邯郸市水资源严重短缺的事实及对农业发展所产生的重大影响进行了深刻分析,并对农业节水工作提出了相应的对策和建议,旨在为各级党委、政府及有关部门决策提供科学服务。
In water supply and demand of today have become increasingly conspicuous, how best to use limited water re- sources has become an imminent event. This article highlights a serious shortage of water resources in Handan City, as well as the fact that agricultural development in a significant impact arising from a profound analysis, and agricultural water saving in the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aimed at all levels of Party committees and governments and related decision-making services.
