摘要
层次分析法可以对非定量事物做定量分析.文中对高校教学编制教师运用层次分析法,建立递阶层次结构模型,进行单一准则下的排序及总排序;并根据实际情况,给出教师综合测评表及测评总分计算公式.这种方法避免了测评中主观影响,不但适用于教学人员,也同样适用于科研人员.
The AHP can be used to carry out the quantitative analysis of the non quantitative things. In this paper, the AHP is applied to faculty who mainly teach courses,and the hierarchical structure model is constructed, then the priority and global priority under a single criterion is calculated,afterward,the graph of synthetic assessment and calculating formula of synthetic assessment score are given. This method may avoid subjective effect in the course of assessment,and it is adapt to not only faculty who mainly involve teaching but also faculty who mainly do research.
