深圳地区167例湿疹患者斑贴试验变应原检测结果分析 被引量:2

Detection of allergen of patch test of 167 eczema cases in Shenzhen.

摘要 目的探讨湿疹的病因及其与变应原的关系,为患者的预防和治疗提供依据。方法采用变应原CH-1000斑贴试剂盒,对门诊167例拟诊湿疹患者进行斑贴试验。结果167例湿疹患者的变应原检测阳性率为59.9%。变应原阳性率位居前3位的分别是硫酸镍45例占27.0%、芳香混合物33例占19.8%、重铬酸钾19例11.4%。结论硫酸镍、芳香混合物、重铬酸钾是目前引起湿疹类的主要变应原。
