船用多级闪发海水淡化装置热力分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对某船用多级闪发海水淡化装置,建立热力分析模型,分析装置热效率的影响因素。指出提高效率的措施并进行热力分析,通过加装海水预热器回收浓海水的热量,可显著提高装置的热效率,计算证明,装置热效率可提高22%,具有良好的节能效果。 Aiming at the marine seawater desalination plant with multi-stage flash (MSF), the thermodynamic analy sis model was established to investigate the influence factors upon the thermodynamic efficiency. Thermodynamic calcula tion showed that by a pre-heater retrieving heat of the seawater installed in the plant, the thermodynamic efficiency can be increased by 22%. The method has excellent effect of energy saving.
