摘要
为评估低密度高压聚乙烯(LDPE)装置反应器紧急泄压安全联锁系统的安全完整性等级,利用FMEA方法深入研究电磁阀的失效模式及影响,确定安全完整性等级及误跳车计算的逻辑结构。针对评估中遇到的复杂逻辑,提出新方法弥补现有NooM结构可靠性定量计算中的不足。通过评估,确定反应系统的安全完整性等级,为联锁的安全与否提供了重要依据。
For evaluating Safety Integrity Level of reaction emergency relief safety interlock system of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plant, the failure model and effect of solenoid valve are analyzed by FMEA method. The logic structure for evaluating SIL and failure calculation is establised..For the complicated logic met in evaluation, the new method is proposed to make up the shortage in the existing NOOM structure reliability quantitative calculation. The conclusion of quantitative calculation is important basis for the assessment of SIL of reaction system.
