摘要
急诊体外循环(ECPB)可为病人提供一定的氧供及循环血量,在心肺复苏(CPR)中应用ECPB能产生更快速的血流、正常的血压,有效地对血液成分和温度进行控制,并且在血液充分氧合方面也具有标准CPR所不能达到的确切优势。动物实验证实了ECPB在CPR中的有效性和可行性,但在临床应用中还面临着许多问题有待解决。
Emergency cardiopulmonary bypass (ECPB) can provide the patients with oxygen supply and effective circulating blood volume. Using ECPB during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can produce faster volume of blood flow, normal blood pressure. ECPB can effectively control blood components and temperature, the effect of blood sufficient oxygenation of ECPB is better than standard CPR. Animal experiments confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of ECPB, but the clinical application of ECPB still faces many problems to be solved.
