摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎多见于中老年者,其病变特征是关节软骨原发性或继发性的退行病变,并在关节边缘形成骨赘,病因不明。本文综述了该病在非手术治疗、手术治疗以及新兴疗法上的治疗进展,以供研究参考。
Osteoarthritis of knee, frequently occurring in senile people, is a kind of etiology unknown disease, whose characteristics are constitutional or insecondary regression of cartilage and subchondml osteosis or on the periphery of joint. The author summarizes the advancement in operative and nonoperative treatment for osteoarthritis of knee.
