摘要
教师教育开放化的格局使师范院校不得不走综合化的道路,以赢得竞争的优势。但如何在推进自身综合化进程的同时,保持和弘扬教师教育之特色,是师范院校必须解决的问题。这就需要师范院校创新教师教育培养模式,探求新的发展思路,即以"师范大学设立教师教育学院"的模式为突破口,从四个方面简要构想教师教育模式改革和质量提高的策略。
The opening up of teacher education urges normal universities to follow the road of integration in order to gain a competitive advantage. However, how to maintain and carry forward the characteristics of teacher education in the process of promoting integration becomes a problem that they have to solve, which requires innovation in teacher education institutions and teacher training and education mode. This paper regards the mode of ＂establishing schools of teacher education in normal university＂ as a breakthrough, and briefly introduces the strategies of teacher education reform from three aspects.
