宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉128例临床分析 被引量：16

摘要 目的:探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析128例行宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者临床资料。结果:1次手术成功率100%,术后月经量正常、周期规律68例,月经量明显减少14例,绝经46例,均未发生子宫穿孔、空气栓塞、水中毒等并发症。术后随访3年无复发,妊娠38例均顺利妊娠至足月分娩,无胎盘粘连及植入。结论:宫腔镜电切术是治疗子宫内膜息肉首选治疗方法。
