摘要
目的评价兔肾缺血再灌注24 h内肾动脉血流动力学变化。方法运用彩色多普勒超声技术分别监测12只成年日本大白兔肾缺血再灌注前、再灌注后2 h、8 h及24 h肾主动脉、段动脉及叶间动脉的血流动力学改变,测定上述动脉收缩期峰值速度(Vmax)、舒张末期速度(Vd)、时间平均血流速度(TAmax)、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)。结果与缺血再灌注前比较,再灌注2 h肾主动脉、段动脉及叶间动脉血流动力学变化差异无统计学意义;再灌注8 h肾段动脉、叶间动脉RI增高(P<0.05);再灌注24 h肾主动脉、段动脉及叶间动脉Vmax升高、RI和PI增高(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声是评价兔肾缺血再灌注24 h内肾动脉血流动力学改变的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate renal artery hemodynamic changes of renal ischemia - reperfusion in rabbits within 24 h. Methods The hemodynamic changes of renal aorta, segmental arteries and interlobar arteries in 12 adult Japanese white rabbits were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound before and 2h ,8h ,24h after renal ischemia -reperfusion. Their peak systolic velocity (Vmax), end diastolic velocity (Vd), time average velocity (TAmax), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were measured. Results The results were cmnpared with those before ischemia- repeffusion, there was no significant difference of hemodynamic changes of renal aorta, segmental arteries and interlobar arteries 2h after reperfusion, the RI of segmental renal arteries and interlobar arteries was increased 8h after reperfusion (P 〈 0. 05 ) , the Vmax of renal aorta, seginental arteries and interlobar arteries was increased 24h after reperfusion, RI and PI were increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective method to assessing renal artery hemodynamic changes of ischemia - reperfusion within 24h in rabbits.
