摘要
分析了克林贝格摆线齿锥齿轮的加工特点和齿形形成原理,结合其齿长方向是产形轮长幅外摆线的锥面展成线及齿廓球面渐开线的特点,推导出相应的曲线方程。运用计算机图形学、空间运动学的理论,在Pro/E Wildfire 2.0的环境下,对克林贝格摆线齿锥齿轮进行了精确建模和全参数化设计。实验证明,该参数化建模改善了图形的修改手段,提高了设计的精确度。
The processing characteristic and the jugged formation principle of Klingelnberg cyclo-palloid spiral bevel gears were analyzed. The corresponding curve equations were deduced based on the teeth shape's formation characteristic. In environment of Pro/ Engineer Wildfire2.0, using the theory of computer graphics and space kinematics, the modeling and parametric design of Klingeln- berg cyclo-palloid spiral bevel gears were carried out. Experiments show that the method improves the modification means of drawing and the flexibility in design.
