摘要
生物学范畴内的突变是指细胞中的遗传物质发生可遗传的改变,包括DNA碱基对的置换、增添或缺失等结构的变化。人们利用突变生物体进行科学研究和培育新产品。综述了人工构建突变体的几种常用方法及原理,着重介绍了应用基因工程技术进行微生物改造的方法,为科研工作和生产实践拓展思路。
Mutation in the scope of biology refers to the genetic materials which existing in the cells can have hereditary changes, including the substitution, addition or deletion of DNA base-pair and other structure changes. The mutant is used for scientific researches and acquiring new products. This article introduces some useful methods about how to artificially construct mutant and the principles, emphatically introduces the methods of microbial transformation by using genetic engineering technology. The purpose is to develop ideas for scientific research and practice.
