摘要
目的了解健康体检人群对骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)相关知识的掌握情况及需求,加强健康教育的针对性,降低骨质疏松症的患病率。方法采用问卷调查法对682名健康体检者进行骨质疏松症的认知情况、知识需求、知识获得途经等方面的调查。结果682名调查对象中正确回答骨质疏松症知识及危险因素者占44.7%～63.3%,掌握骨质疏松症预防方法者占50.0%左右,但落实预防措施者仅22.3%;对骨质疏松症相关知识的需求排前3位的是预防措施、不良后果及治疗方法;被调查者通过多种途径获得骨质疏松症相关知识,其中以电视、广播、网络及报刊杂志为主。结论体检人群对骨质疏松症相关知识掌握情况存在不足,尤其是行为落实不容乐观,护理人员应采取针对性的健康宣教提高体检人群的防护意识,从而达到降低骨质疏松症患病率的目的。
Objective To comprehend the understanding status and needs on osteoporosis（OP）-related knowledge of the physieal examination population so as to strengthen targeted health education and reduce the OP occurrence. Methods A total of 682 physical examinees were investigated with a questionnaire on cognitive situation,knowledge needs and available ways of the knowledge. Results Of the 682 physical examinees,people with correct answers on questions OP-related knowledge and its＇ risk factors, those mastering the preventive methods and those implementing the preventive methods were 44.7%--63. 3%, 50.0% and 22.3%, respectively. The three commonest needs for OP-related knowledge were protective methods,adverse outcomes and treatments. The interviewees acquired the op-related knowledge through a variety of ways,among which TV,radio,internet and press were the major resources. Conclusion Deficien- cies were observed in the understanding status on OP-related knowledge,especially in the implementation of the physical examination population. The nursing staff should improve the preventive awareness by corresponding interventions to reduce the OP occurrence for the physical examination population.
