摘要
提出了贫杂氧化锌矿碱浸-沉淀法制备锌精矿和铅精矿新工艺,确定了硫化钠沉淀铅、锌的工艺参数,通过小型综合试验验证了该工艺的工业化可行性。沉淀铅的最佳参数为:硫化钠沉淀剂加入量为铅质量的1.8倍,温度70℃,反应时间30 min;沉淀锌的工艺条件为:硫化钠沉淀剂加入量为需沉淀锌质量的2.4倍,温度90℃,反应时间3 h。试验结果表明:铅和锌的回收率均在80%以上,得到的锌精矿中锌质量分数52%,铅精矿铅质量分数78%,均达到行业标准。
A novel process for production of zinc and lead concentrates by alkaline leaching and precipitation using low grade zinc oxide ores was reported. The optimum parameters of precipitation process was determined. The best conditions of lead precipitation using sodium sulphide were that mass ratio of sodium sulphide to Pb of 1.8, reaction temperature of 70℃, reaction time of 60 min. And the optimal process conditions of zinc precipitation were mass ratio of sodium sulphide/Zn of 2.4, reaction temperature of 90 ℃,reaction time of 3 h. A small comprehensive experiment was carried out to verify the process industrial feasibility. The experimental results showed that the recovery of lead and zinc were both above 80% and the quality of lead and zinc concentrates met with the standard of YS/T319-1997 and YS/T320--1997.
