推行并完善租赁制是增强企业活力的最佳选择。文章重点介绍了全员租赁形式的四大好处，并提出了租赁企业内部的几种分配形式，原则是既要避免差别过大。
Practising and perfecting renting system is an optimum selection to strengthen the vitality of enterprises.This paper emphasizes four advantages of the whole members renting form,and puts forward several distributing forms inside rented enterprises with a principle that too big differences should be avoided on one hand and equalitarianism should be overcomed on the other hand.
