摘要
基于夹角余弦赋权的模糊综合评价是对统计综合评价的一种改进模型,改进之处为在计算权数时采用了夹角余弦赋权法。改进的统计综合评价的步骤是:首先,建立各方案指标值的理想最优方案和最劣方案,在此基础上建立相对偏差模糊矩阵;其次,利用夹角余弦赋权法确定各个指标的权数,再对各指标权数归一化;最后,对各方案进行比较排名。
The Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which get weight in Cosine method, is a comprehensive evaluation model of comprehensive evaluation of statistics, this method's Innovations is weight was got in Cosine method. The author introduces steps of this method. First of all, the best optimal value U* and the worst optimal value U, of the program targets should be established, on the same time, we can get sub-fuzzy matrix R ; Secondly, using Cosine empowering method the weights of individual indicators ccan be got, and then let it go to the w,sum of w of all is 1 ; finally, compared and ranked the various programs. Besides, based on the analysis of regional economic development inconsistent situation in Jiangxi Province, using of this method and data of Jiangxi at 2008, The author did empirical analysis on the regional economic development in Jiangxi Province and founded inconsistent with the huge gap among the regional economic development in Jiangxi Province.
