摘要
目的:探讨三叶因子2(TFF2)在大鼠下颌下腺的定位及其在不同性别中的表达差异。方法:对大鼠下颌下腺进行TFF2免疫组织化学显色和RT-PCR检测TFF2mRNA表达。结果:TFF2免疫反应阳性物质主要位于闰管、纹状管和小叶间导管上皮细胞胞质,特别是近管腔面更多,纹状管和小叶间导管管腔内亦有阳性物质分布;颗粒区管的少颗粒暗细胞或无颗粒细胞强阳性;多颗粒细胞弱阳性或阴性。雄性大鼠的下颌下腺表达TFF2mRNA明显多于雌性。结论:TFF2主要分布在下颌下腺导管的上皮细胞,以雄性丰富,且主要以腔分泌方式发挥作用。
Objective: To explore the location and distribution of trefoil factor 2 (TFF2) in submandibular glands of male and female rats. Methods : The expressions of TFF2 peptide and TFF2 gene were detected using immunohistochemistry and RTPCR respectively in 6 male rats and 6 female rats. Results: TFF2 peptide was distributed in cytoplasm of epithelial cells of the intercalated duct, striated duct and interlobular duct, and positive reaction was found in the cavity, especially near the cavosurface of epithelial cells in the striated duct and interlobular ducts. The dark ceils with few granules or without granules showed strong TFF2 expression, whereas the cells with many granules showed weakly positive or negative expression. TFF2 mRNA was also expressed in the submandibular gland, and was stronger in the male rats than in the female rats. Conclusion: TFF2 is widely expressed in the ductal epithelial cells in the submandibular glands of rat, especially in male rat, and may physiologically function via solinocrine.
