摘要
总结了在农村生活污水处理上日本的成功经验和新西兰的探索实践,提出我国今后推广农村生活污水治理要确定治理范围,制定相应的技术标准,明确强制性责任,建立专业化服务体系和信息平台。
Water environment in rural areas is not only related with living environment, health safety, but also a great issue on social economic development in China. In recent years, our country has done a lot of researches and practices of rural domestic wastewater treatment. The main problem of current projects is that we pay more attention to the construction of the system but neglect its management and operation. Regular maintenance and examination is indispensable to make sure whether the domestic wastewater treatment system performs properly. This article summerizes the successful experience of Japan and the exploratory practice of New Zealand, and puts forward that in order to generalize domestic wastewater treatment in rural areas in China, we should define the scope of constructing domestic wastewater treatment system, set the relative technological standard, clarify the forced responsibility, establish the professional service system and information system.
