摘要
新医改出台的背景下,公立医院的改革是势在必行的,并且正在逐步深入。在新挑战和新机遇面前,无锡市第二人民医院大胆创新医院管理运行思路,推出主诊医师负责制、护理垂直管理以及奖金分配改革等三项改革,取得了良好的效果,此举适应我国医药卫生体制改革发展趋势,本文对此进行介绍和分析。
The reform of public hospitals has become an imperative in the context of the new round campaign of health system reform, and is advancing into further stages. Challenged by new difficulties and opportunities, Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital has committed itself to innovative operation thoughts about hospital management, having implemented reforms of attending responsibility system, vertical nursing management system, and bonus allocation system, with preferable effects achieved. The measures that have been taken meet the updated trends of health system reform in China. By giving an introduction and analysis of that, this article made suggestions on the reform and development of public hospitals under the condition of ongoing new health reform in China.
