摘要
近年来,不少学者针对不同成长阶段企业面临的机遇与挑战,以及企业自身的战略定位,对人力资源管理实践进行了不同程度的研究,但是他们很少关注这些人力资源管理实践背后的角色。因此,本文选择了H公司①——一个具有代表性的民营高科技企业,来探索人力资源部门及人员在其实践活动背后的角色定位。研究发现,民营高科技企业对人力资源的重视是与生俱来的,而人力资源管理职能却随着公司的成长而逐渐成熟。不同成长阶段人力资源管理需求与人力资源管理职能自身成熟度,共同决定了该阶段人力资源部门及人员的角色。经过对H公司成长过程中人力资源管理角色转变的分析,本研究形成了企业成长过程中人力资源管理角色演化模式,为其他企业人力资源管理角色定位指明了路径。
Recently, there are more and more scholars conducting various researches on human resource manage-ment practices according to the opportunities and challenges of enterprises and their strategies in different growth stages, but less have paid attention to the roles behind practices.H Company, a representative Pri-vate Hi-tech Enterprise in China, has been chosen as the case of our study.It has been demonstrated that human resources have been attracting great attention from the very start of Private Hi-tech Enterprises, while human resource function is being mature during enterprise's growing process; both management requirements and maturity of human resource function decide the roles of its department and people.Evolvement model of human resource management roles in different growth stages has been identified by case study and provides a roles positioning path of human resource management to other enterprises.
