摘要
为了有效地检测淹没在强噪声背景中的微弱方波信号,采用了相关检测和数字信号处理技术相结合的方法,推演得到了方波信号的正交互相关的完整数学解,在此基础上,设计数字锁相放大器实现对方波信号的矢量测量;实验表明,该数字相关算法简单有效,实现方式灵活;此外,还对该锁相放大器在微弱光信号检测中的应用进行了实验研究,有效地实现了nA级微弱光电信号的检测。
In order to effectively detect weak square wave signal in strong noise, in this paper, it is presented the mathematical expres sions of orthogonal correlation about square wave signal based on eorrelation detection and digital signal processing theory. It is proved through experiment that the correlation algorithm is simple and effective and the methods of implementation are flexible. Furthermore , the LIA is designed and applied to detect weak optical signal, which can effectively detect nA level weak photoelectric signal .
