摘要
目的总结先天性心脏病(先心病)心内直视术后携带临时起搏器患儿的护理经验。方法给予13例3岁以下行心内直视术后携带临时起搏器的患儿合理的心电监护,观察起搏效果及防治并发症,做好起搏器携带期间的安全护理。结果护士与医生配合默契,起搏器工作正常,患儿能维持适宜的心率和有效起搏,成功脱离起搏器。结论先心病术后应用临时起搏器的患儿经过医护的协作和精心护理,可顺利缓解心律失常给患儿带来的不利影响,促进患儿平稳地渡过术后恢复期。
Objective To sum up the nursing experiences of the infants with temporary pacemakers after open heart surgery. Methods Electrocardiographic monitoring, security nursing, careful observation complications and detailed records were given 13 infants with temporary pacemakers after open heart surgery. Results Throughout close cooperation between doctors and nurses, the temporary pacemakers were running normally and all the infants were successfully weaned from pacemakers with spontaneous cardiac rhythm and normal heart rate. Conclusion The infants with temporary pacemakers after cardiac surgery can soon recover from operation - induced arrhythmia and smoothly tide over the postoperative period of danger through closely doctor- nurse cooperations and intensive care.
