摘要
目的:对福州市某区2008年慢性病社区防治的评估结果进行分析,比较不同社区卫生服务中心在慢性病防治上存在的差异,总结经验,分析原因,为促进社区慢病管理提出建议;方法:以福州市某区6家社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,根据2008年《福建省城市社区公共卫生服务项目考核评价标准》,以评分法对各中心的慢性病防治工作相关内容进行考核,并对考核结果进行分析;结果:不同的社区卫生服务中心在慢性病的建档率、重点慢性病的筛查、慢性病患者管理和规范化管理效果上都存在着较大的不足;结论:经验不足,群众不信任、管理不到位等多方面原因造成社区卫生服务机构慢性病防治工作做的不够理想,为此,建议采取提高工作人员的综合能力,针对居民依从性的不同选择合适的建档方式,增加重点慢性病筛查的经费投入,改善宣传手段,加强不同社区之间的经验交流等综合措施。
Objective：Based on one community of the prevention of chronic diseases 2008 evaluation result, the investigation compares the difference of different community health service centers （CHSC） in the prevention of chronic diseases. The result points out the achiev- ements and shortcomings of community on the chronic diseases and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Methods：According to ＂the 2008 city community public health service project evaluation standards＂, the investigation chooses the 6 CHSC for research object and analyzes the results of chronic diseases prevention.Results：There was a major shortage in the rate of establish file, screening, case control and the results.Conclusion：there are some suggestions as follows： to improve the comprehensive capacity of staff and instrument of propaganda, choosing the different manner to establish file, increasing the funds of the chronic diseases as well as reinforce the differences CHSC to exchange the experiences.
