摘要
借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)等设备,研究电火花线切割工作液中添加剂对硬质合金的腐蚀作用,并选择出可抑制钴浸出的添加剂。结果表明,工作液中三乙醇胺添加剂对硬质合金中钴浸出有促进作用,而油酸三乙醇胺、硼砂、苯并三氮唑则有明显的抑制作用。
The corrosive effects of the additives in WEDM working liquid on cemented carbide were studied by SEM and EDX. Some additives were selected as the cobalt leaching inhibitors. The results show that tri- ethanolamine in the working liquid can promote the leaching of cobalt from cemented carbide, while trietha- nolamine oleate, borax and benzotriazole can obviously inhibit cobalt from leaching.
