摘要
目的:探讨推拿对家兔佐剂性关节炎(AA)微循环和血液流变学影响的作用机理。方法:将日本大耳白家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、药物组和推拿组,除正常组外,其它3组复制卵蛋白诱导AA模型,药物组给予尪痹冲剂,推拿组给予推拿手法,连续10天后进行微循环和血液流变学检测。结果:推拿可改善微循环,明显降低血浆粘度、红细胞比积和血沉。结论:推拿对家兔AA微循环和血液流变学的影响及其"活血化瘀"作用机理,可能是通过影响血液"粘、凝、滞、聚"的状态来实现。
Objective: To explore the therapedic effects and mechanisms of massage manipulation on treatment of adjuvant-induced arthritis.Methods: 40 rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly,all rabbits were made into ovalbumin adjuvant-induced arthritis model except the normal group,medical control group was given WangbichongJi and manipulative experimental group was massaged to treat for 10 days,but normal group and model group were dealt with nothing,then use anatomical microscope to observe microcirculation and use blood rheological apparatus to measure blood rheology.Results: Massage manipulation can obviously decrease blood plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and improve the conditions of microcirculation.Conclusion:Massage manipulation has function of relieving inflamed symptome,activating blood and smoothing artery blood vessel and the funtional mechanics is probably caused by influencing viscosity,stagnancy,sluggishness and accumulation of the blood.
