摘要
针对一直以来房地产市场上因产品规划设计和营销策划两个环节严重脱节造成项目产品设计失败的现象,阐述了"前营销"不可或缺的重要作用,并从营销战略出发,提出了规划设计师应具有的三方面设计思路,以期促进项目的成功销售。
According to the serious disjunction phenomenon of product planning design and marketing planning existed in real estate market, which caused failure of product design the necessary importance of " pre-rnarketing" is elaborated, at the same time from marketing strategy practical design ideas are proposed from three aspects for planning designers, in order to promote successful marketing of real estate products.
